NeurodiverseLIFE was founded by its CEO, Chantelle Knight, in 2021. Born in 1981, when the condition was still widely known as Hyperkinetic Disorder, Chantelle's severe-type ADHD led to a wealth of professionals having to be involved in her care, from the tender age of only 3-years-old.

Over the proceeding decades, Chantelle has witnessed the continuing evolution of the ADHD diagnosis - from its scientific understanding, educational developments, and medications, as well as its treatment innovations and the varied social interpretations of the ADHD condition.
Over a career spanning 20+ years, Chantelle has held professional roles in legal, educational, counselling/coaching, and public health sectors. Her many academic achievements include a degree in education, counselling and coaching certifications, and post-graduate level studies in psychology, as well as numerous child development qualifications.

Consistently striving for self development and innovation within the coaching field, Chantelle has also successfully completed post-graduate studies in clinical psychiatry, alongside a Master's degree in neuroscience and the psychology of mental health. Throughout her work, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the ACT, CBT, DBT, and MCT therapeutic models, each of which heavily informed NeurodiverseLIFE's own coaching model - which incorporates all 4 practices in an innovative approach, designed specifically for neurodiverse individuals.
